Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packages of Flower Seeds, Fruit Seeds & Herb Seeds
- All types of Fertilizers
- Pest & Disease Controls
- Insect Controls
- Plant Disease Controls
These exceptions help us maintain quality standards and comply with agricultural regulations.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
