We ship globally from our Aspen, Colorado headquarters, excluding some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.

We offer two convenient options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email the moment your package leaves our facility. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track every step. EMS tracking is available but may have fewer updates.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we don’t offer expedited shipping options. Our Standard Shipping via premium couriers is the fastest option we provide to ensure your gardening essentials arrive safely.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return live plants or seeds?
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on live plants or seeds unless they arrive damaged or non-viable. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns about living products, and we’ll work with you to cultivate a solution.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

While we’re passionate gardeners, we recommend consulting with local gardening experts for specific advice about your climate and conditions. Our seed packets and plant shipments include basic care instructions to get you started.
What should I do if my plants arrive stressed from shipping?
Some stress is normal after transit. Follow the included care instructions, provide appropriate water and light, and allow 7-10 days for recovery. If plants don’t recover, contact us with photos for assistance.
How should I store seeds if I’m not planting immediately?
Store unopened seed packets in a cool, dark place. For longer storage (several months), place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Most seeds remain viable for 1-3 years when stored properly.
